Tapestries is a 15-week group designed to support you in developing or enhancing skills for managing the long-term effects of sexual trauma.
The topics of this fifteen week series are:

Who are we? What is traumatic stress?

Why does it hurt so much?
(understanding trauma reenactment)

Finding another way
(survival kills)

The balancing act
(coping with emotions)

Cultivating courage:
Moving beyond anxiety and fear

Of course you’re angry

Grieving our losses

Finding secure attachment

Your body remembers what your spirit seeks to forget

Will touch ever feel good?

Intimacy - running scared (or not)?

Talking with our significant others

The joy is in the journey

Following the conclusion of Tapestries participants have a choice to continue on this healing journey through an ongoing support group.

Group size is limited to 8 women.
